4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 GDPR for the following purposes:
4.1. Performance of a Contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of organizing consultations, providing services, and carrying out actions prior to entering into a contract at the request of the User.
4.2. Legitimate Interests of the Controller — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of:
  • responding to User inquiries;
  • storing correspondence and chat history;
  • maintaining CRM systems and contact history;
  • establishing an evidentiary basis;
  • staff training and quality control.
The Controller has carried out a balancing test between its legitimate interests and the rights and freedoms of Users in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
