Temporary Residence Card

Personal data may be obtained:

through contact forms on the website;
through the AI chat on the website;
via messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Messenger);
through interactions on social media;
automatically via cookies and analytical tools.

Categories of data may include: first and last name, phone number, email address, IP address, correspondence data, and technical information about the device and browser, AI chat transcript, chat session identifier.
3.1. AI chat on the website
The website provides an AI assistant. User messages, interface language, page URL, and session identifier are sent to the website server and then to OpenAI to generate a response. When leaving the page, the chat transcript may be sent to the company's email via FormSubmit.co. Using the chat constitutes consent to such data processing.

4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data
Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6 GDPR for the following purposes:
4.1. Performance of a Contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of organizing consultations, providing services, and carrying out actions prior to entering into a contract at the request of the User.
4.2. Legitimate Interests of the Controller — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of:

responding to User inquiries;
storing correspondence and chat history;
maintaining CRM systems and contact history;
establishing an evidentiary basis;
staff training and quality control.

The Controller has carried out a balancing test between its legitimate interests and the rights and freedoms of Users in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4.3. User Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the purposes of analytics, statistics, and marketing activities, including the use of cookies, Google Tag Manager (and services connected through it, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel if activated).
The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

5. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be transferred to:

providers of CRM systems, hosting, and IT services;
analytical and marketing service providers;
FormSubmit.co (processing form submissions and chat leads);
OpenAI (processing messages in the AI chat);
Google and Meta companies in accordance with their privacy policies.

6. Transfer of Data Outside the European Union
Due to the use of Google and Meta services, personal data may be transferred to third countries, including the United States of America, based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.
Due to the use of the AI chat, personal data may be transferred to OpenAI (USA) based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 GDPR.

7. Data Retention Periods
Form submissions and AI chat leads are stored for up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a different period is required by law.
Analytics and marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or cookies are deleted.
The chat transcript in the user's browser (sessionStorage) is deleted when the browser tab is closed.

8. User Rights
The User has the right to:

access their personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
request rectification of data (Art. 16 GDPR);
request erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR);
